Also works for the D5200

I have the AmazonBasics IR remote release for my Nikon D5200 ordered because I have raised the price and the good reviews. Normally I use rather original item, but here I thought the price was decisive, since I use the remote control to play and not only as a professional. Buying I have no regrets, the remote control does exactly what they want, just remotely trigger the camera. When Nikon D5200 easy on self-timer -> remote control -> OK switch and off you go. No set, no recognize or install. Simply press and finished the picture. What should make the Orignal Nikon else here I do not know. I can not say anything because I have tried so far only in the living room (max. 5 m distance) or in the great outdoors with 1m distance (camera on tripod) to view the image in visual effects shots or exposure shots avoid camera shake on the distance, but what I do from time to time with my rough fingers in pressing the shutter button. For storage there is a cloth bag with closure, so that the small remote control is also protected and they can easily be found again. For the quality of a top price and can only be recommended.
