I ordered with a navigation system Garmin GPS eTrex Legend HCx this memory card because it is rumored but against the specification (Garmin says max 2GB) should work - I can confirm that now. They also work against Garmin's statement (FAT16) very well with FAT32. However, I have first of all made a firmware update of the Navi's in Version 3.00.

PS Please copy the map directly to the memory card, not with the connected navigation and its Removable Disk mode. The fact has only slow USB 1.1

* Edit * Now that I have the card over a half year in use, I have a few quirks noted lead to deduction of points:
- The USB terminal cover is broken within a short time. Function is still there, but ugly
- The card is not clearly plugged into the USB port, you always have to watch where the contacts are. If you put them in the wrong direction is at least not broken
