This book is well detailed, easy to reach both by its reading and its content remains after ..... to practice fasting, what is more problematic: it has shaken our eating habits, but also of life both personal and social; I had a reluctance is when addressed the issue of colon enemas because fasting can begin only by the prior step; there are also other possibilities, but colon hydrotherapy is presented first ... I am not at all in tune with this, I think that nature has done things, as is customary to say it, and introducing water to remove toxins is not only not a trivial matter, but in my opinion is "against nature" .... but it is a broader debate and simple Comment is not enough to get into the thick of it. Going back to the book, I think that fasting may well be beneficial to allow our stomach to rest and be able to eliminate and detoxify. I think we can start with a fruit cure to a meal, after two meals a day, etc .... before starting the fasting cure of one week (as proposed in the book).
