"Flight 666" is very interesting: it covers a set list that is almost congruent with the ingenious "Live After Death", but goes on to 2 plates, namely to "7th Son". This one comes in the pleasure of listening to some songs that were live long gone in the program, such as the 'Ancient Mariner' (actually a song that is not so much like me), the ingenious 'Powerslave' or the much more ingenious 'Revelations', one of my favorite songs MAIDEN.
Addition of "7th Son" the best song 'Moonchild', in which Dickinson sings but significantly lower (must sing?) Than the original and therefore the song some assumes power. For sure 'Wasted Years', in which Adrian Smith with its backgound vocals shows that he is also a passable singer.
Clear the classics again celebrated and especially the audience in Mexico and Sao Paolo shows his temperament. What I like good, is that the standard songs ('Beast', 'Hills', 'Hallowed', 'Trooper'), which are placed at every concert, will not be played in a block, but be nice about the double CD split.
"Flight 666" is, though composed of several concerts and even provided with fadeout between songs, yet one of the best Live plates of MAIDEN. Very good setlist, we had a good sound. Beautiful drive.
