Enjoyed my printer (HP Laserjet 3005 DN) for about 6 years, thousands of pages printed and had at one time black toner spots on prints. After cleaning cycles have brought nothing I suspected the fuser. So removed the fuser and controlled - and in this role over the Teflon heating were two small holes to see. This allowed the toner no longer be fixed properly and the printed image was unclean at the right edge. New fuser assembly ordered (was after 2 days there ***** - top-notch delivery), installed it, and the printer is running again as the day .....
By the way was / is this HP LaserJet 30xx series built incredibly easy to service - that was a breeze to install the new fuser assembly. There is nothing to these printers which you do not own the necessary technical understanding can replace itself ....
