After buying more than 1 m cable length, which extended the charging time and a warning from the smartphone provoked that I should use the original cables, this seems to do the trick after 14 days of use.

It invites Lumia 1520 on the original power supply with approximately 1.35 Ah, while only 1.15 Ah were displayed on the monitor of Ezreal loading with original cable. Whether the 2 amp charge rate can be achieved, I could not check on the power supply used.

The processing has a neat appearance (into the interior I have not seen), the plugs fit.

In addition to shortening the charging time is 1.5 meters in length a little freedom of movement gained.
