am very dissatisfied

Unfortunately am very unhappy with the sand filter. After two weeks operation was first broken the preliminary filter and the water ran unnoticed from the pool. Two days later, the water was again leaked because a screw was pulled on the thread. The complaint for the spare parts was not customer friendly. The complaint runs over the Steinbach Service Center, which although partly had understanding for our problem, but so also did not act quickly. For 3 weeks we are now waiting for the spare parts. A spare pump we did not get, because the summer is high season at this company and all spare pumps are awarded.
Both the pump and the service is not recommended.
