I received a first copy which had to undergo ill-treatment during transport. The result is a memory chip of the bar melted in part and one was split along its length. Having applied for return and requested a new copy (all this at no cost), I received my second copy today and this time the transport seems to have gone well. The bar has been recognized without problem (and did not fade this time ;-)).
Congratulations to monitor the Amazon customer service. By cons, where I take a star, that's the package that should be beefier for such relatively delicate material. The second shipment was packed in the same type of envelope, fortunately treated better this time.
