Now I have the Desire Eye already about 6 weeks. Before that I had the HTC One XL Now the display is again a piece larger than my old HTC and I find it even more sharply. Everything runs smoothly and it is a pleasure to work with. Now why this and not HTC or Samsung M8? I wanted a reliable mobile phone without having a crack at some point in the display or housing occurs. Did not want a cluttered Appsalat (at the HTC not without but is lower as with many other manufacturers) The camera itself was for me not the trigger, because I'm not Selfifan. With HTC Sync I could quickly establish my new phone with my background and popular ringtone incl. Contacts. The call is one thing. It has each a thin black area where probably hide the speakers behind so the top and bottom of the display. This means that the speaker level you have erschieben the phone until it is then but loud to hear. After a few conversations one has however become accustomed. Connectivity is one stroke better than with my HTC One XL. WLAN seems to be better than my old HTC Desire the EYE in the reach. Enormously I find I also set the display brightness in the sunshine. You can read who is calling even if the sun is shining on the display. Why not 5 star now? Well that is because the my display glass was geprungen in a fall. The so-called Gorilla Glass seems to be built more for gorilla babies .. My ONE XL also Gorilla Glass and has 3 falls has survived - the display is not happening! I have now applied a hardened LCDglas on display and have been very pleased. So to all those who believe that (although not advertised at HTC-Germany), the Gorilla Glass of the display is tough, I recommend a hardened Display Glass protection
+ Connectivity + Display Brightness / surfing well at + Android 4.4.4 with Sense 6 incl the update in Febr running. Very fluid + Bluetooth in the car (Toyota Auris HDS 1) incl Teethering works without any problems with the Touch & Go + Radio (recently there are only Internet radio, but suck on data budget, as long as you are not logged in WLAN) + 13 MP camera will give a mobile phone camera.
- Display glass more susceptible to breakage as HTC One XL (my experience) - Not so handy if you protect his EYE in a wallet Case. is difficult and hakelig then so times just in the shirt pocket. - / + Battery?
