Finally the long awaited book this is! This is a book which is aptly named: Clinical Guide. Indeed, like all people trained to ACT, it seemed necessary to find in a book the techniques learned. But in this book, they are tremendously even shared with dialogues in order to live within this therapy. He often difficult to translate them in their daily learned tehniques once the context of distant training. The act therapy is sunshine in psychotherapy techniques because it allows patients (customers!) And therapists to work together by being in touch with their humanity. In this approach, we are all ourselves. We will play neither the patient nor the therapist. The strength of this book is also that he can share with our patients. Personally I find it important that all knowledge is shared by many. Congratulations again to reviewers have so book translated into their expertise. Read and advise!
