I'm not one to rave or to let me indoctrinate, but reading this book taught me so much about what I eat every day and the "system" that feeds us I felt the duty to leave a comment here.
So thank you to this reporter for the information it reveals, pork with tomato, through the corn, the state of mind of some breeders (taken in the system), but most farmers supermarkets, cooperatives (selling the "phyto") whose purpose is decidedly THAT profit, ignoring everything else and especially our health (and that of farmers), we are in a destructive logic and shorter term than one can think.
strongly that organic is democratized, there is a degree of choice and competition for individually we can do OUR choice.
This book has, to some extent, changed my life:
way I eat, my choices are different shopping (+ organic products, I try to avoid at least in part for the benefit of hyper weekly market ...) and my way of voting will be influenced because it likely Do not expect real political change in the state, alas.
