Tops With Me & More (CD)

Customer Review

The CD includes all 12 tracks on the album hit "Tops with me" (# 2 UK in 1962) which contains no hit from simple, as was the custom at that time in Britain. That balance from the start with "Little devil" and "Will You Love Me Tomorrow" before a lovely melody "Because they're young" before the very good recovery dune song Bécaud "The day the rains cam" appreciated the British. The fun continues with a superb "Are you lonesome tonight" and the rhythmic "A teenager in love" or "Lipstick on your collar." New recovery with "beyong the sea" by Charles Trenet before returning to the pace with "Sweet Nothins" followed of a good slow "You mean everything to me." The album sachève happily with "I love you" and the classic "You got what it takes." Album succeeded that provides a real pleasure and many very good appreciable memories.
Bonuses are of quality with its british hits the years 1961-1962 as "Dont treat me like a child" (# 3), although on "You dont know" (# 1) and "Walkin back happines" (# 1) "Tell me what he Said" (# 2) Lets talk about love (# 23), Little Miss Lonely (# 8) Keep away from others girls (# 40). This CD offers a perfect sample of career dHelen Shapiro 1961-62, which is his best time.
