I have the first original CD version of this album and the version in SA-CD is well above that I do not have the top quality gear.
Regarding comments or supposedly lacks bass, actually the latest versions cd remastered sound is enhanced (to our great misfortune because of the "loudness war" majors) and it seems that this CD version is higher than the SA-CD which is completely wrong: the CD version has a limit in its saturated low and the momentum is considerably reduced; the stamps are not natural and warm which is special SA-CD with its coded DSD and not in 24bit 96kHz, as I read on a post.
I recommend this SA-CD.
