An interesting guide to begin the adventure

It should be noted first of all that this guide is not complete: the second part (including one containing the Pokédex) will come out in March 2015. The guide is currently sold mainly to accompany us throughout the adventure itself.

The guide opens with an interview about six pages of the creators of ROSA and some sketches of the characters of the game. Nothing essential, but it's always nice to leaf.
A map of the Hoenn region then spreads across two pages: handy to see at a glance the whole region and what city is such a building.
There followed some general information about the game (how the guys, how to evolve Pokémon ...), it will be clearly happens when one knows a minimum the series, but for someone just starting, this is information helpful enough.

We are ready to pace Hoenn! And there, one wonders what use a guide when playing Pokemon since this series is not known for the difficulty of his solo adventure. I say right away: do not expect to find in this guide new information (especially as all necessary information is on the Internet).
That said, it is still practical to find in one book so much information on these remakes. The new features (such as Navi-Dex, the stealthy approach, the contest ...) are explained, which is useful even for seasoned players. For beginners, recommendations are provided throughout the guide (how and why developing friendship between his character and his Pokémon, how to use objects ...), allowing to understand the workings of the series.

The other thing that makes me appreciate this guide is its clarity in presenting information for each new place, it tells you the wild Pokémon you can find, trainers fight, the objects that you can pick or purchase as well as those that are invisible to the naked eye and require the use of Cherch'Objet ... Yes, we can find all this on the Internet, but it's so much more readable (in my opinion) on paper.
What is not on the Internet, however, these are the cards. Each place is illustrated by an image taken directly from the game. To get into Lavandia (all stores are shown on the illustration of the guide) or to navigate a sea route without missing object, nothing better than these cards. It even tells you how to not miss anything when you walk through the channels 132, 133 and 134, formidable by their currents that drag you off if you're not careful.
The guide and lead you to the Council 4 but everything concerning the postgame is treated quickly enough.

A complete "Advanced manual" the guide: tips on combat strategy explanations stats Pokémon, reproductive information, contest, the SPV ...
We also provided a description of the items, abilities, talents ...
And we also have a list of CT (with how to get them in the game), secret bases (and their decorative elements), mirages, Mega-Gem ...

In short: a lot of information in this guide I would not hesitate to recommend to beginners or those who want to know more about the variety of mechanisms. For those familiar with Pokémon, if it is almost certain that you will not need someone to hold your hand throughout the game, you may still find interest cards and these lists in this story do not miss anything guide.

A fault: as I said in my opening comments, the second volume of this guide will come out in March 2015. In the guide I currently evaluating, there is no Pokédex, no information on how the legendary one catches (which are nevertheless many) ... All this will surely be discussed in the second volume, released a little later when we see how the websites are reactive.
