Adam has in this album rather than put more on Electonic- sound on guitar, which I initially found a bit irritating! The album now sounds not as "different" than the first and would in today's music industry even less noticeable (this kind of music, there are currently enough). But Adam Lambert gives nevertheless each song his own personal stamp! What again is really like Adam's unique voice that is currently probably the best in the music business! Those who "Runnin '" sounds knows what I'm talking about - what Adam vocally delivers here absolutely outrageous and I personally have never heard of such a thing!
On the album-heavy songs (Cuckoo, Never Close Our Eyes, Naked Love, Pop That Lock, Take Back) can be found next to the beat a little funkier pieces (Trespassing, Shady, Kickin 'In). But I especially like the quieter pieces (Underneath, Outlaws Of Love, Nirvana). Beautiful melodies and the voice of Adam Hammer - fantastic!
"Better Than I Know Myself" is a power ballad and "Broken English" a rather unique song that stands out from the whole album. Somehow Musical mixed with a pop ballad ... I like quite well! "Chokehold" sounds very dark and has a very catchy melody! Good song!
Conclusion: "Trespassing" might not be quite as varied as "For Your Entertainment", but I'm glad that Adam has done what else - even a first work would have also been boring!
Vocally Adam Lambert is currently probably one of the best singer and the album stands out clearly from the first! Who attaches importance to catchy melodies and good voice, is the right place!
