Animal Care - my ass !!!

Actually we have informed us thoroughly on the internet, and the descriptions, as well as various videos have gives a good impression.
Only the practical application - the first time - has REALLY disappointed us.

We have a long-haired dog and two Kurzhaarkazten. The suction power is good, but:
- The long hair entangled in extreme turbo brush (was sometimes even described as - but is acceptable)
- The hair caught on extremely small wheel on the underside of the turbo brush
- The rotational force of the turbo brush only works properly with carpet without long bristles or parquet / laminate. When Badteppich this comes very quickly reach their limits.
- The small turbo brush also works only with the suction power of the device. (No own motor) Thus, the cleaning of upholstery but time-consuming. You have to go frequently on the same site, to remove all the hair.
- But what we most annoyed, and the reason was why we've returned this unit immediately after the first sucking again:
- The long hair are not transported into the collection container. You catch just before the slot, which opens into the container. We had tested this several times. Even the smallest amount of hair caught up at this point. Genuine KO criterion for us if that is absorbed not transported into the container.
- A corollary of the previous point is therefore that the emptying of the container caused a new sucking action because the dirt is not in the tank, but before that.

Conclusion:
I recommend anyone who has pets, a vacuum cleaner with bag !!!
