For fans of "Siren Songs of the counterculture" is probably recommended the album, but who rather stands on "Unraveling" and "Revolutions Per Minute", should be clearly superior to a purchase. There will always be uninspired and the tracks listening more and more to the same. In "Siren Songs of the counterculture" there were still some right hammer like "Dancing for Rain" or "tip the scales", but in "The Sufferer and The Witness" is limited to a few pretty good songs like "Drones" or "Chamber the Cartridge".
Three stars it receives from me, because almost all Lider "audible" and some are also really good to hear, but the right hammer, the one is used by Rise Against missing. so you should not expect to level of "Voice off camera", "1000 Good Intentions", "alive and well" or even "Obstructed view". Although I was surprised quite positive of "drones".
All in all, mediocre - it goes downhill with Rise Against!
