1. The instrument itself is surprisingly good, the design looks sharp and the sound is just great for the size. The processing leaves nothing to be desired, but for this there would be 5 star. Since my HTC USB has below, I also have no problem with the device to use when it's docked. The range is more than satisfactory. But unfortunately, you have to see the device in conjunction with the app ....
2. Fidelio app is downloaded quickly and when you first start looking immediately the Philips devices in the vicinity. This is as far as everything OK, but the drawback is when you want to listen to the radio with the app as well. It can also be found a few hundred channels, but unfortunately breaks the stream each time after 1 min off. This happens when HTC and also the Acer, a Wildfire I have tried. For all the devices I have the same problem. Now you might say that my DSL has a problem, but I can hear internet radio for hours on my Medion Internet radio without having it again will disengage. Even my Medion seem to find more channels, especially when the local radio stations. Also, I have not figured out how I can create me a kind of favorite. I have to shimmy every time through the menu, that sucks. Unfortunately, I must deduct a point, but I hope that the problem will be solved with the nights update the app. In Fidelo the app Songbird is linked which is downloaded and installed separately. But I do not like, but fortunately does the Bluetooth transmission with any music app :-)
Conclusion: The AS111 is a very nice and well-made device. Unfortunately verhagelt the not yet fully developed app the complete enjoyment.
