I expected but with about 2 1/2 times. But even that is not possible.
When he arrived I once loaded it for 8 hours, although 4 of 5 lights flashed and he was so full of about 80%.
After 2 hours, all LED had to, but I let him off for 6 hours to ensure that it is full.
The tab was 1%. So Tablet identified and the battery overnight tuned. Then were 2 of 5 LED still on, so apparently at least. 50% capacity away.
Then I had it at 40% charge again, even closed yet. But then the next time, only 5% and the battery was empty.
Now if I nachrechne ....
1x 100% = 6250
1x 60% = 3750
1x 5% = 312
Thus I come to about 10,500 mAh and not 20,000 !!!
Now I have reloaded the battery for 12 hours of every 5 LED.
Appended tablet at 1% and this morning, the battery will return to only 2 of 5 LED.
Thus, the first test seems to confirm exactly or repeat, and the capacity will not be reached.
Mind you I have every time the tab off the load, so that no "additional energy" is drawn during charging.

The stars I have from 2 to 4 as corrected ....
I have received a replacement battery that has the correct capacity and I can be a little more than 2x charge my tablet now.
The last star, I can not give, because in the product description it says nothing about it in these battery's 30% loss is by the conversion. This was only in the reply now from anchors.
If I pull this 30%, so the battery then "only" 14,000 mAh, and this then is also true with my measuring approximately match. I think that should be pure directly in the product description, so that everyone is clear before buying it.
But otherwise, I can only say, good service of anchor. And not for the first time.
I can therefore recommend the company fully. Here is very quick to respond to customer issues.
