It must be said that the beginning of the disc has enough unseat: Feel it is almost like the Arctic Monkeys on its chorus and then we suddenly face the Restriction Title of minimalism.
From the third piece Kid Corner, found almost its brands. Holly Martin, "new" singer has been up to the album With us you're dead, confirms its great vocal potential and is a special place within the group now with a number of pieces in Lead, including on quieter as our End of Days and Black & Blue, the rather splendid pass.
Another "winner" of this album is Dave Pen whose influence is growing in the group, to the detriment of Pollard Berrier that merely three titles, including the final explosive Ladders that is almost too short.
Maria Q is credited for its part on one piece.
Overall the sound and style we are still closer to us With up to you're dead, so quite electro and pieces rather short.
Personally I do not take it that this is the best album Archive, which for now remains for me Controlling Crowds, but I must admit that few groups are thus able to challenge themselves and to propose something totally different, at the risk of confusing many.
