I have the learning set, and bought an original Arduino Uno. - Funduino board is slightly larger and has more analog and digital connections as an Arduino Uno, which is also an advantage. - Reset button is located at a different location. - Board has more memory (253,952 bytes), as an Arduino Uno (32,256 bytes). Also applies to the variable memory. 8K to 2K. - In my tests, there is no difference that I noticed were. Programs ran without adjustments on both boards, as long as one uses the standard ports. - The only negative point are the Headers in Funduino. The are not aligned, in other words they are soldered something wrong on my board on both sides. When Arduino Uno are perfectly aligned. This could potentially cause problems with Shields, you want to put on the board. This I'll probably see if I MotorDrive Shields on both sit up for comparison.
