arrived too late and a few small stones already gone

Hello there,
So once the cover is really nice! Above all, I think it's great that it's transparent to the side, but (!!) the product has arrived too late. (It should already arrive between Wed-Sat, so before Saturday got it until today -..> So at least 5 days late) I wanted to give it actually, but it came too late 1st and 2nd there were already 4 / 5 stones from falling off or on. Something you can not send then yes.
Conclusion: I think the shell super nice, but I believe that it is ne luck if you time a product gets salvation of those.
