Article Good service bad

We bought 11 of these fixtures for our courses in the gym. The brackets are very good and really stabiel the first courses has so far survived super. Unfortunately not as described, the screws etc. included us. However, since we had only one week left until the course starts I immediately called the customer service and reported the absence of screws. They have also promised me (that day 05.14.12) to send more after I also told them that I would need it urgently. The product is great but I buy there if only because the customer no longer because although mistakes can always happen but the handling of it is just I find wichtig.Für private use, the product is definitely auseichend **
