I have the longer (desperately) for a ordendlichen RJ45 plug sought that can be mounted on a CAT6 patch cables. With my crimp tool and the standard plug I (of course) failed. The MFP8 Telegärtner was my salvation. The installation instructions are detailed and the installation itself easily. I can really recommend this plug system!
The price is relatively high, of course, but there is in my opinion no real alternative.
I would buy the plug in the rare case that I would like to assemble a connector directly to an installation cable once again.
