I admit, though twenty-something, had so far no experience with and interest in smartphone or tablet or Androidsystemen (my phone is more than five years old), but it was for the above reasons to the point where it was no longer avoidable. An Ipad is too expensive for what I need, the Kindle was also an option, but then no, so I decided to go for this and am happy with it in general.
In principle, the Androidsystem is self explanatory, even if it took me half an hour to play around to understand the system (as I said, I had no idea of such a thing).
The processor is sufficient for most things that he has problems to open a huge 700 pages + google book (no texts, but pictures), I can get over, given the fact that my laptop with significantly better performance doing a little jerky.
For rumdaddeln and rumsurfen between there is also quite nice, because handy, although I sometimes impossible find it to make the correct field to come on a link I or have a feeling in text fields it then jumps also happy times. The keyboard is a little slow but bearable in some things.
After two months, I had finally figured out how to turn off this annoying AutoCorrect. If you write in English mails that are very quickly a great mess, if you do not exactly careful with every word ...
Camera function is quite nice, I need personally but really rare. I also find the pre-installed Polaris Office very useful for my purposes. I was able to read all valid date formats and also create new documents, if required. The key features it has, even if it is me can never replace my MS Office package. Should it not also.
I also like to use the memo function to already be able to allocate respected books on the information content and library incl. Signature, in case I need them again or me of the book can not remember (is supposed to happen). Memozetteln can be missed even different colors. I have a different color depending on the library, which makes it quite clear, although it is still difficult to separate me from my previously used sticky notes.
My battery lasts from one to four library days, depending on how much I use it.
What bothers me also is that there is no direct USB port and you need an intermediate module or it must then rüberschieben from the laptop. You get everything to where it hinsoll, but that's just the convenience factor.
Mich also annoying that you can not attach PDFs to emails. At least I have this feature not yet found since is automatically referenced in annexes only on the gallery or camera. Even if I then push the PDF, it does not. But do I need again the laptop.
One star deduction is available for the smaller disturbances, overall I am very happy with it but. I have all my stuff over small and handy for me and thanks to the additional purchased antireflection film, the light in the library to come so badly - I'm ready!
