The nutrition facts I find with 304 kcal / 100g actually very good as opposed to real chocolate with about 500 kcal / 100g. A bar with 60g should have corresponding 182 calories. I've already tried a number of protein bars, this please me with the best. The only disadvantage to 2-3 bar's flatulence. So you should not eat more at a time. A friend of mine has, however, already received by only one bolt flatulence and had rumpupsen the rest of the day powerful. Therefore, the "fast" and a point deduction in the standings.
