WHEN THE NIGHT WAS YOUG is a lively retrospective that reveals something autobiographical, musical upgraded by Angela Cluskey Co-Vocals.

HE DO NOT LIVE HERE NO MORE is a great song to drive a car, a rather rare deposit of Clapton on the slide guitar and a tasteful fast Flamenco solo by Robertson.

THE RIGHT MISTAKE is inspired by Thelonious Monk, who supposed to have said that it is in the music above all about making the correct error. A cunning and crafty Sing.

THIS IS WHERE I GET OFF is a look at the 16 year old history of The Band. With a killer melody and very moving texts and parallel interwoven guitar solos by Clapton and Robertson. To kneel down.

FEAR OF Faling noticeable by the fact that Clapton the lead vocals takes over.

SHE'S NOT MINE is another highlight in this looks really remarkable collection of songs. A very atmospheric love song, with a typical bittersweet melody Robertson.

MADAME X is written by Clapton and gets by Reznor missed an elegant synth texture. Almost like a soundtrack song, exciting.

AXMMAN is the bow of Robertson guitar heroes. A playful Gitarrenduel between Robertson and Tom Morello. Also back to kneel.

Will not be back, a further rather calmer Sing with pretty melody and beautiful lyrics, elegantly presented by Clapton and Robertson.

HTBC is the title track, and spooky spooky, carried ahead by the beautiful lyrics.

TANGO FOR DJANGO is another nod of his influences, a spectacular instrumental.

And these are only the first impressions of this great album that it is now likely weiterzuentdecken all spring and summer and deepen.
