From the first bar represents the Baham Soul band clear that they play without a doubt in the top league.
The stage presence of each musician is palpable. Who his own called a dance floor, or even two of them has - as I - can not stand still second somewhere in the corner, as long as even a sound from the stage comes. With Pat Appleton as a singer, occupied awesome, the Soul Club for me begins wherever De Phazz stop and actually, it is the (ehem.?!) Singer of the same and what a! If this woman takes the stage and opens his mouth is burning the air. (... And I look forward Pat live and to have experienced unabated. We also had a small common dance routine in front of the stage.)
With two percussionists and a drummer, the rhythm section is in no way overstaffed. Had most bands but glad to have only one, here is due to a mystery of the grooves, which makes up the band's sound.
He is deeper, harder and darker, always rhythmically highly accurate and to the point. What to watch a fun and joy Ralli King in 'sparks' on guitar.
Well done to this point to all the other musicians for a great Soul evening, the CD I have immediately concerned and I find that on the CD the power of these born for the stage band is unbroken felt.
Now it will not be the last CD's of this band in my collection.
