Honestly, I had a little more sharpness expected. Specifying 10 ++ is absolutely exaggerated. I own and use, and since the '80s, right 10 ++ sauces and powders (the orders at that time were more than Intricately without Internet). By contrast, this is ordered rather "mild". But sharpness is anyway to evaluate subjectively for each individually. Only you should know that not every Jolokia has the severities. The site measurements showed powerful tolerances. Therefore, you can no indication of severities do because they do not like the Red Savina specially bred.
The product does what it promises to be. However, they have a certain taste of its own. Not as bad as Red Savina Habaneros but still I stay well continue with my Birdeye or completely "normal" Chilies from the supermarket. These are tasteless and therefore has only the sharpness of the chiles not affect the taste of food. The dealer is recommended in any case.
