Value for moderate I am thrilled definitely. The 40W bulbs power seem to agree, and I was pleasantly surprised by the color temperature.
Normally LEDs usually appear quite cold white, 3000K act itself very to the operating room or office lighting.
But the 2700K these LED bulbs produce really feeling, the "40W" are not too dark.
A lamp will not suffice as a living room lighting course, that's clear at 40W, but ideal as a corridor or toilet lighting.
I have energy saving lamps because the mercury content has always been a thorn in the side, and LEDs were me far too expensive (or too cold white).
But with the IKEA lamp will probably last the affordable progress in Residential Lighting finding their way.
Apparently, the description is also slightly wrong, the "piston" is not glass but plastic, but this is not so bad.
At the IKEA packaging are also "only" 25,000 cycles (and not 40000 as here).
When the lamp life and now even comes close cycles achieved as described, I am really excited.
