The water pressure of Brown Oxyjet machine is much too weak - actually a joke. But I liked the Tower of Brown, so I had bought a new me a few years ago - after the first machine for 4 to 5 years was becoming weaker. Now the pressure and the second Braun machine was becoming weaker - I have now decided for Wasserpik. I had previously but concern that the pressure to "acute" and yet too strong, and thus could be painful. But that is not the case - the various essays offer a good selection - so you can test a variety of accessories and then the reorder that they like the best. Because I like a strong water pressure - and simultaneously a slightly thicker and slightly diffuse water jet, the plane is not / hits painfully like a needle on the gum to the tooth. The Waterpik fully meets my needs.
Advantages of Waterpik:
1) Super water pressure - well regulated
2) many different types of essays - pleasant water jet
3) well-to-clean handle because it is freely suspended in a holder (in the brown handle stands on a pedestal, of the remaining water brown or black is slowly but surely, as it can not be completely dried with a towel. The Brown Handle has also below holes, which also slowly impose itself with black or brown mold.)
4) Easy to clean water tank
5) If the hose and handle have become even broken / old / ugly, you can buy a new and even screw - does not go with the brown-irrigator.
6) The essays can be easily inserted into the handle and remove them (at the Brown-machine bit sluggish).
7) The handle has above a small scroll wheel, which allows you to turn the attachment in the mouth (necessary in the mouth to reach the different places). The scroll wheel is very smooth - so you can align the top well in the mouth. Very pleasant. When Brown Machine you have the whole handle incl. Hose twist.
8) The machine makes a stable, robust impression.
9) running noise lower than that of Brown.
Small but insubstantial criticisms:
1) The water tank could be a bit bigger. Since the shower process is very pleasant for me, I always want a bit longer with more showers my teeth. This small deficiency can be remedied by an additional Zahnputzbecher filled before the Mundduschens with water and this umschüttet during the shower process in the water container (or even decreases the container and re-filled and a second shower process performs).
2) The cap on the water tank which receives the essays is, (useless to me). He is shaky and nonsensical. He already does not refer to all of the many included essays. I have asked the essays in a separate cup and this housed in a bathroom wall cabinet. In addition, I take the water tank after oral irrigators always off and dry it with a towel and put it also in the wall cabinet. So I avoid that the water tank mildewed and dusty.
