Assassin's Creed Unity - [Xbox One] (Video Game)

Customer Review

After my brother in law had infected me with Assassin's Creed, I was the appearance of the next part always hardly erwarten.Auch Unity stoked - not least because of the admittedly fantastic thumbnails - very high expectations for me. Now ichs played and what is my conclusion? Sobering. I'm glad to have spent no money for this game, since it was as downloadable content on my Xbox One case.

The disappointment began with the installation, because it took a whopping 3 days left before the game was even fully installed and patched (on the installation forced on the Xbox One and the concomitant waste of space I say here sometimes nothing). But good. As a fan you are patient and relatively fault-tolerant, so I went right to work.

As with all AC parts I needed at Unity awhile to einzufummeln me in control. While Black Flag and Rogue had much of what had been verschlimmbessert in AC III, ironed again, you seem to have forgotten all errors in Unity again. It begins with the total behämmerten Control: Why do we have to press in addition to the course running even A and B (up or down) already does not open up to me. B is anyway the "do it all" button, which places us in certain situations before the problem to try a make and can only do the other because an obvious object provides / person / Weißderhenker this action - whether we like or not. Even the eagle eye, we need to use in Unity nauseum. Even if an object is obviously ahead of us, we have to recognize him with the eagle eye first, before we can interact. What is this nonsense? In order then to set up the theme "Absolutely dam .... euerte control" the crown, also the running obstacle course itself is rather annoying than useful. Granted, the movements look great. Our Assassin can climb to almost everything and he has suddenly Supersprung- and Super Target skills, we catch even the smallest lantern still from the greatest distance. Unfortunately, that is precisely the problem: Just jump down somewhere? Nope. Since you have already press B and let yourself go - and only until the next breakpoint. This means: If you want to, for example, of a church down, ie first BBBBBBB .... Moah. And if nothing is to hold in the neighborhood? Then you can not jump, but must find another way down. I do not know what I did (have or which button I pressed) that my assassin just ducked sneaks through Paris. But this dam .... eidene control ensures me that I had no desire more after just 10 minutes of play and at first took a day off, before I had the nerve to continue playing.

My next topic is hate material procurement and consumption. Granted, it is logical that after unsuccessful usage you can not use a lock pick. Whether the corresponding chests are now difficult times was undecided. For my part I've wasted 10 picks in a stupid door at Notre Dame, only to find that behind the exterior facade. Because I would have even without lock picks (and without the 500 Francs, who have tasted these things), can provide easier access. What the hell What nonsense? Admittedly, at the end is money no longer the problem. But lockpicks Spanking, buy new, run back to the castle, again beat all the picks and so just sucks. I see no sense in it since, except to drive the user to incandescence. Weapons and equipment are back another topic. I think it's okay, that certain items are to be had only after specific sequences and for a lot of money. Especially with the skills I like it or to more accurately say. Especially with the skills I like the good. But: That one is almost forced to spend real money to get in the game items that you otherwise can not get that is with a game for 70 euro starting price an impertinence beyond compare. I pay for Free to Play games quite something to me to procure goods and reward on the way the work that's inside there. But at Unity I feel at times only ripped off. A full-price game should not the compulsion to additional purchases have (it was just voluntary and unnecessary things like nicer uniforms would me still matter - and indeed, a direct constraint does not exist, but if you no additional purchases or only in the most frustrating type and manner Thrives running since what wrong).

I am not as the fan of this whole Coop and OOC stuff. Nothing against multiplayer, even if this is so not my thing. But that I ever start any co-op missions sometime annoying. Even that I get certain objects only through such missions is stupid for me. The app, with which we can unlock treasure maps and Co., suggests there already the last straw. Granted, it does not cost anything. But what is this ??? The only thing I see is me on the part of Ubisoft as the reason for this Handyapp that capture in this way directly times with relish other data (and sell?) Can you with the phone so generated (location, etc.). And that does not please me. This is Facebook has nothing to, and some game developers even less.

And on it goes with my Lamentiererei about this total handle in the toilet. I find it incredibly annoying that we need to zoom the map every time you call to something visible. If the match can not remember times where we left our card? What helps me to look at the whole of Paris, when I no longer recognize the individual icons?

The story blew me away in other parts of already more, namely ingame (ie as Assassin) as well as OutGame (in the modern assassins or Abstergo). Unfortunately Arno leaves me with absolutely no aftertaste, neither a good nor a bad. The story of the Assassins plays a subordinate role as well as the French Revolution itself. Instead, I see myself just running through streets, do any things and somehow it goes somewhere further. The Red Thread of the story is, if you can see him at all, thinly.

But at least, a little good I have also to tell. The graphics are quite beautiful, Paris is very nicely designed and I can not say that with me any serious bugs would have occurred also. Since you have so well improved. Very impressed I am by the weather and the light change (day and night). Especially at night Paris looks very atmospheric. Perfect'd ego found when the Parisian million for had gone to bed at night time and the roads would be at least been a bit empty, but good. But that was about it. It's really sad, for how stupid Ubisoft needs to keep its customers to bat around us something. And as the whole game magazines this game could give high ratings so I do not want to philosophize about it now prefer.

Apparently to 2015 and 2016 and again come out new parts and even if I'm going to buy me in the desperate hope of recovery probably, I would like Ubisoft still put one thing to his heart: a dead horse can not ride one. And in this case it is not starved of boredom, but optimized from you to death.

My husband is much more exciting than this game to listen to his monologues on the topic "Why Microsoft is evil". Even though my husband myself for 15 years with the theme "Inspired".
