At least it does not rain in the chimney

Hello, have the Windkat not Amazon, but from the local Ofenbauer, want to write something anyway. We also had problems with smelling fireplace in certain weather conditions such as fog or high pressure air or in South West wind such a strong pressure in the chimney that a contrary blowing the ash when you open the fireplace. The Ofenbauer advised us recently to Windkat which would eliminate the problems. We have made this (Windkat ..) for 4 weeks on the chimney and it has changed: nothing! The same problems are there.
