Attention! 2 versions!

I had already once this charger by Belkin and was at first very satisfied! it was simply pleasant iPad and iPhone to go hang on only one outlet.
Now, with the new, but I have a problem when I attach the iPad: It writes "not charging". I actually think that it already does, only very, very slowly. After winer research turned out that there are actually 2 versions, and one of which is supplied with only half of the current. Which serial numbers are affected, can also be found on the net.
