I already ordered several times to me this shake. Dissolves relatively well for a protein shake. Saw the stir has always as a training unit on;) No, that does not make any criticism. Well so far.

The taste was really tasty. Could not get enough of it. Say the other Rezesionen why I have ever resorted to Lion. BUT: The recipe has now been "refined". Tastes now too much chocolate. I do not like and now I have to choke down my refill ordered. Do not understand how you can distort a successful product. Therefore poor 2 star.
