In this volume one, we learn more about the relationships maintained between Li and the man who became the Shakespeare on. The characters Harold Sakuishi has begun to take shape and portray come to life, while in parallel develops a reflection on the theater, inspiration and artistic creativity. The successful mangaka also diversify the features of his characters, sometimes caricatured, sometimes realistic, and the end result is not devoid of charm and gives dynamism to the story.
Only small problem: Li remains the central character of this manga and although it remains engaging and that we begin to understand its relationship with Shakespeare, I hope the volume will focus on three other major figures as interesting if not more ... because seeing Li frolicking through the fields while talking with her little dog, that's nice, but I expect much of this manga, as atypical as promising.
