The Avantek bell does a lot for a low price. Commissioning is quick and easy. The doorbell can also be easily used to expand an existing doorbell system. My video door entry system provides a 12V voltage for an additional bell. This voltage connected in place of the battery, shorted the doorbell button on the transmitter and then I can use every socket in the house or in the garden for Avantek bell. So I get to everywhere, when someone rings at the door.
