The book is quite well written (but perfectible). So it is much more pleasant to read than a seduction guide or a classic self-help book.
Stéphane Edward uses many metaphors, anecdotes, and an example to illustrate his point.
What is interesting is that his writing style is also a lesson in seduction itself.
The character appears friendly. It does not transpire an oversized ego that one might expect from a book written by a guru of seduction. Thus, he managed to seduce me (but platonniquement, eh?).
Cultural references range from How I Met Your Mother Montherlant, and Snoopy to Nietzche.
This allows to get the elitist side more easily. To support the idea of mixing the next class and neglected ... This serves much his argument.
All his inventions and discoveries are small write what I remember most interesting in this lesson of seduction.
Used words that touch, images, real stories, emotions to seduce (although it must be recognized that the style can sometimes be overly convoluted see heavy) ...
What is good, but not well.
For how to write seducer to be educational, not working that well when it comes to explain.
The neat shape sometimes tends to affect the content.
Style figures can stifle the reach of way, has complicated rather simple concepts.
Fortunately, there is a summary at the end of each chapter;
Chapter whose names are not explicit. The chapter names style figure is their priority has clartée.
Also missing son of drivers to all.
This is 50 tips too décorellés each other.
Focus the plan on main roads / important pillars defining an ideal man, explaining the various anecdotal point by referring to its pillars would have give coherence to the whole.
This would give the reader could sort of paradigm, a tool, a prism which could be more easily apprehended any situation that seduction.
Thus, the plan did not convince me.
For the content, if you do not know much about theories related to seduction. This book is very good.
Beginners find it and will come back with pleasure.
For those who already know the seduction, there is a lot of deja vu. Some items are even good effect Master of Obvious.
There is, however interesting and original ideas concepts.
Stéphane Edouard being a good professional makeover and dress sense, I find it really sad to see so little advice on this topic in his book. I learned more by reading American Psycho ...
I would also have liked a more sociological approach, see sometimes scientific, especially since it seems to have the academic background to achieve this. I would also have liked theoretical explanations of the functioning of male / female relationships rather than content only practice.
This would have made a less accessible book, but more in line with my personal tastes.
Anyway, I do not regret my purchase. What brought me through the author's website and this book.
