Comparison is a previously used Teflon Tef..l pan. And a German Ceramic coated pan purchased close. For non-stick pan it wins so far in the easier cleaning. This went on for six months, often even worse. Heat-resistant than the Teflon pan is well. But already after half a year clear signs of use (despite plastic tool) Even compared to the other two it is support by the thick ground much harder and in the heat absorption on cooking hob.
UPDATE: No longer be used after 1 year. Also in this pan is on the coating. Meanwhile discarded.
