This is the third time one is using this charger (about)!

My wife was plugged in, a flame came out of the socket or adapter, it failed to tell me saw the terror suffered ...
The wall outlet is still operating the iPod has nothing but the lamp of the charger does not light up and the iPod is not charging; fucking what!
