The pros:
It is two in one ie clock (bird song or radio or "cuckoo") and bedside lamp.
Both "natural" sounds are quite impressive and Zen (adjustable level identical to that of the radio).
There actually has 10 levels of light intensity which is sufficient and meets really all sensitivities.
Note: The light is a "warm light" in any case it is bright yellow !!
Levels 5-10 allow to use this "awakening" as a bedside lamp. The switching on or off are progressive.
The energy consumption is very low (5W). Due to the low voltage, for people sensitive electromagnetic radiation is very low.
The radio (FM only) is a very good sensitivity, but not RdS digital tuner, maintaining ~ 1 sec on the >> button switches to an FM station to another. Its correct, unpretentious but clear enough to the voice.
The alarm clock is touch Stop is on top (snooze function every 10 minutes) or via touch buttons definitive.
Display 12/24 (Setting the fast time, maintaining the button (+ or -) scrolls the hours to the rhythm of seconds)
Look nice and not very bulky (diameter ~ 18cm)
Les -
No backup time by an integrated battery or batteries.
Snooze function does not stop the light.
The keys become very visible when the light intensity is high (effect against the light)
Sometimes capricious sensitive controls.
Price (89.99) a little high
In conclusion: This "awakening" morning is well finished and multi function. It's a triple play device: alarm clock, bedside lamp Function, Radio Function (occasional use given the very modest audio quality). The use as a bedside lamp is not a gimmick.
