You could find better title for this book! Unable to râter yogurt after reading this. I appreciated all the little tricks that are given (if the tips are too liquid yoghurts, stringy ...). The author explains very well the impact of the various products on manufacturing (the various milks and how to get a good texture with everyone, for example). It also explains the different cooking method (yogurt maker, oven, pressure cooker ...). Finally, there are lots of nice recipes, from classic to the most original. Result, I did not want to invest in a yogurt maker (the house of my childhood facts were not terrible) and had decided to make them in the oven for my first test, but I succeeded so well my yogurt my boys and their friends love it and my investment in this item is more than pays!
