The sound is similar to that of Samsung. Clear it does not sound like a Dolby Surround system, but personally I do not need that also. To watch normal TV it reaches all times.
The sorting of the channels is not really easy, but I can live with that, you have to make it only once yes. And that one reads really well in all reviews of LEDs (which is why many hope that Apple finally a new standard in the industry is ....).
So why the miserable rating?
Quite simply, the part is so slow. If I would let a 20-year-old computer with Windows 8 to run, this would probably be a bit faster.

I have now upped the ante a little more money and ordered me 749 for the LG 55NL5758. This seems to be much faster, as I've seen on some YouTube videos (on YouTube simply look for it).
Conclusion: Picture and sound ok, service abysmal due to the speed!
