hello, I bought a box for my RAINBOW LOOM made in a store and as I had to buy a second box I came to your site to see if you have the same order and preventing me from doing several kilometers. I realize with the photos that you have the same case and the same machine, then neither one nor two, I order. Furthermore the offer was great. The photos showed the same box at any point to mine (transparent and Blue Machine, beige hook with a metal tip etc ......) But now my disappointment and my son when we opened the package (box Black, not at all the same machine inside, plastic hook and elastic poor quality .....) plus it was impossible to connect my computer to yours. I return to your site to make sure I had not made a mistake but when I saw the reference product, everything was good, no error ON MY PART. Sorry for the bad review but in history I think I was fooled. Cdlt
