The balance was broken delivered: the package was intact but the packing box was opened, there was no documentation (user manual, warranty card) and tare adjustment system was broken.
A simple control before "expedition would have avoided to deliver a product unusable.
So I had to return the balance, is of course the return costs are in my care. (5.5 Euros)
