These plastic Medals really fulfill your purpose, however, is the tape very short so that you get it pulled together the knot only on a very small head and it likely has to wear as a necklace as a medal.

Generally, it is the stupid one the band only tie together and this has been not as "finished" closed belt is delivered in one piece.
