Basically GH 5 other songs and stuttering

Now I have a few days Band Hero played and wanted to briefly convey my impression.
In principle, this game as Guitar Hero 5 - it inherits some strengths, such as the "Party Mode", but it also inherits some weaknesses, such as the cumbersome operation and partly bad mix of songs.
Short explanation: If you had the (pre-) previous World Tour (in the mode: Quickplay) selected a song from the list, so the difficulty was only polled, confirm and go. From Guitar Hero 5 this has been changed, now one first prepares a difficulty and then only comes to the game list, you want to the degree now change to a song you have every time again a menu to jump back, very annoying when you play with several people and each one another level of play has ...
What is super annoying, every time you come back to the song list, the list is at the beginning ... so you have to always scroll back to the last place, what in GH: WT much better, because you will always be the last played song jumps back ...

The songs are this time much "mainstreamiger" held. I think it's good at GH 5 I knew only 2 or 3 songs (85 !!) here knows you around 80%. The songs are much better here "singable" - this was with the predecessors GH WT and GH 5 also not the case.
What's really bad again, is the mix of the different sounds in the game. As with GH 5 is around sound and especially the sound of the end of a song (.. "You rock!") Is played, incredibly noisy and can not also be set (as it was at GH WT the case ..) What a louder after each song played near the threshold of pain brings ...

Continuing with the career mode: Here bothers me especially that I need most additional successes exactly appropriate instrument mandatory (!). With the guitar alone so you can not achieve much.
Another feature, called "Fan challenges" are only possible with an additional Ninteno DS! If you have no DS as a whole lot of content so falls for a flat!
The game is therefore assumes that on the one hand all the instruments and on the other hand at least another Nintendo DS has available ...

What I have noticed, and what really bothers me: The game jerky !!
The gabs still no GH part beforehand. If the notes are being rushes on the "Highway", it is relatively common that the notes do not arrive here "smooth" but down stutter almost, as if there is insufficient processing power of Wii. The really annoying, because the knitted Ottere is also very hard on the eyes and it irritated a while playing!
This point is a real weakness and I wonder why, if I return the game - it can not well be that the game is so poorly written that it "special effects" is no longer running properly before loud!

What I find a bit brash in general, and why I could win really did not want to get directly to me is that while "only" 65 songs!
The predecessors were always around 85 and now sometimes just 20 songs less (!) - For the SAME PRICE !!!
This is bold and should not be supportive actually - but if you pack forward to GH 5 the "old" GH WT Controller (although yes that was "new" announced) surprised a pricing policy also no longer really.

What is also very inflexible, is the fact that either only the game can get the complete package with micro, guitar and drums alone or.
Not like all predecessors a version with Game + Guitar - WHY ?? I want the guitar, but do not need a micro and no drums !!

Conclusion: Anyone can start with the selection of songs and some who do not disturb the 20 "missing" songs and the technical defects that can access in principle.
Who has not all intruments and no Nintendo DS should be aware that he missed a lot of content.
From me there is 3 star for the good selection of songs and the party mode.
