I have the Amazon informed customer service, has been recalled immediately and have again explained everything. Now there stocks are checked and possibly defective parts are sorted out. In about 2-3 weeks, the part should be ordered again and then adjust. The parts themselves are good and look very practical and are what I had imagined. Fine accessories, especially if you have pets.
