The only good thing about my order was that I could return without problems and all got reimbursed. But the toaster was unfortunately processed very cheap. Even worse than my previous 10 Euro toaster, I have now again in use. I could not use it because a plastic part to the inside not allowed to remove. About Toast quality I can therefore say nothing. Only the whole part was just shaky and below the essay is simply plastic.
