Basically, the neck pillow in order, but I am bothered 2 things that cause me also to return:

Processing: the zipper at the back is not fit cleanly, so take the material with zipper ugly waves and no longer looks beautiful around.

-Design: Why in God's name the care label is attached to the outside of the product? Were in the outer fabric surely also been place.
